Our Response to COVID-19

Dear Curl-Friends,

We hope this message finds you well, strong, and healthy. As we have found our way through this journey, we have done everything possible to meet your needs in terms of supplying the products you want and shipping them as fast as we could. Ultimately, your safety and the safety of all those at Afroshoppe has been paramount. 

As I write this message today, I am encouraged that much of our delayed stock is in transit to us. During the lockdown period, we experienced an unprecedented surge in online orders. As a result, we are experiencing some shipping and customer services delays. We are working around the clock to process and ship your packages. Please know that you will receive your order. I recognize how frustrating it is to have to wait, not only for products, but also for our responses to your messages. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we're still here for you.

We want to thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and all your feedback. Please know that we are listening to you and we continue now to make the improvements needed to meet your satisfaction.
